Предметът и обемът на обществената поръчка включва изпълнението на следните дейности: 1. Основна дейност 1: „Развитие на Институционална архитектура на АМ по отношение на Система за управление на идентичностите и достъпа (СУИД)“; 2. Основна дейност 2: „Въвеждане на Институционалната архитектура на Агенция „Митници“ по отношение на Система за управление на идентичностите и достъпа (СУИД)“, чрез: Надградена 1 бр. Система за управление на идентичностите и достъпа в съответствие със съюзните функционални изисквания, произтичащи от UUM&DS, Release 2.8; Реализирана 1 бр. интеграция на СУИД със Системата за директен достъп на търговците до европейските ИС UUM&DS, Release 2.8; Актуализирани версии на OpenText Identity Manager 25.4 (NetIQ Identity Manager 4.10.2) и OpenText Access Manager 25.3 (NetIQ Access Manager 5.1.2) до последните актуални версии, издадени от производителя и реинженеринг на СУИД при необходимост; Актуализирани, при необходимост 2 бр. спецификации, свързани със СУИД, във връзка с изискванията, произтичащи от UUM&DS, Release 2.8, последните актуални версии на готовите решения на OpenText Identity Manager 25.4 (NetIQ Identity Manager 4.10.2) и OpenText Access Manager 25.3 (NetIQ Access Manager 5.1.2) и надграждане на съществуващи работни процеси (workflows) и функционалности на СУИД; Надградени съществуващи работни процеси (workflows) и функционалности на СУИД; Запазени съществуващи интеграции на СУИД с митническите информационни системи, националните регистри (Търговски регистър, Регистър Булстат, Регистър Национална база данни „Население“ и Регистър Единен регистър на чужденците) и RegiX, и при необходимост надграждане на интеграциите с изискванията, произтичащи от UUM&DS, Release 2.8, последните актуални версии на готовите решения на OpenText Identity Manager 25.4 (NetIQ Identity Manager 4.10.2) и OpenText Access Manager 25.3 (NetIQ Access Manager 5.1.2) и надграждане на съществуващи работни процеси (workflows) и функционалности на СУИД. 3. Основна дейност 3: „Обучение на 50 служители на АМ (10 приложни администратори, 5 системни администратори, 5 потребители за регистрации на ИО в Е-Портала на АМ и 30 потребители с права на ръководител) за работа с реализираните функционалности по дейността“.
