Proiectarea și executia podului rutier situat pe DN 6 km 268+371 la Arginesti, judetul Mehedinti, in lungime de 182,2m. Realizarea obiectivului presupune: Executia variantei de circulatie cu pod provizoriu, Demolare pod existent, Executia unui pod nou, Racordarea drumului national DN 6 la noul pod.

Planungsleistungen für den Neubau der Zweifeldsporthalle des Elbe-Gymnasiums Boizenburg, Ludwig-Reinhard-Straße in 19258 Boizenburg, gemäß HOAI 2021 Teil 4 Fachplanung, Abschnitt 2 Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppe 4+5, Leistungsphase 1-4, Leistungsphase 5-8 optional (Stufenvertrag). Im Zuge der Leistungsphase 1 soll zudem ein Variantenvergleich erstellt werden, um die beste Bauweise auch unter den Gesichtspunkten der Resilienz, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Langlebigkeit und Energieeffizienz zu ermitteln. Entsprechende Sanitärräumlichkeiten und Umkleiden sind mit zu planen.

Neubau eines Triogebäudes TYP 3 gemäß Vorgaben der Musterplanung (Planungshilfe für Wirtschafts- und Betreuungsgebäude der Bundeswehr) sowie der Bereichsvorschrift C 1810/ 0-6230. Errichtung eines eingeschossigen Baukörpers in Holzbauweise und eines zweiten Baukörpers in Mauerwerks- und Stahlbetonbauweise mit Photovoltaikanlage.

Planungsleistungen umfassen Genehmigungsplanung (LPH 4), Ausführungsplanung (LPH 5), Vorbereitung der Vergabe (LPH 6), Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe (LPH 7), Objektüberwachung (LPH 8) und Objektbetreuung u. Η Σύμβαση αφορά την Παροχή Υπηρεσιών για την Μελέτη Σχεδιασμού Αντιπλημμυρικών Έργων για την Προστασία των Οικιστικών Ζωνών των Δήμων Λάρνακας και Αραδίππου, οι οποίες βρίσκονται εντός της Λεκάνης Απορροής του Ποταμού Καλού Χωριού και Ετοιμασία εγγράφων Διαγωνισμού Κατασκευής.

The procurement concerns a framework agreement with one tenderer for periodic security checks of all registration obliged lifting devices that are included in Bergen municipality c/o the Department for Buildings and Properties' property portfolio. The municipality currently has 174 lifts and 132 lifting platforms. The contract can only be carried out by a certified and independent safety control body (SKO). The facilities are placed in buildings divided between three portfolios with each service provider, respectively (1) schools and nurseries, (2) administration and cultural buildings and (3) health buildings. Lists of installations with the accompanying information are attached to the tender documentation. The number of sites can be changed during the contract period due to new buildings, replacements, modernisations, disposals, temporary closures and altered buildings. Other installations in accordance with the machine directive and lift directive may be included in the contract, including the lifting devices that the municipality does not currently have. The contracting authority shall also be able to order additional services beyond periodic inspections such as sample checks, inspections of accidents, control after near-accidents, inspections after modernisation, control by alterations, inspections of owner changes, technical assistance as well as professional assessments and reviews/cooperation on systems. Such services are carried out according to the hourly rate stated in Annex 4A - Price Form. Most of the properties consist of approx. 100 schools and 60 nurseries, in addition to nursing homes, administration buildings, cultural buildings, car parks, the Bergen harbour and sports facilities, with the accompanying outside areas. Some of the buildings are listed/listed with an antiquarian value.

Kompleksowa realizacja zadania w formule 'zaprojektuj i wybuduj', obejmująca: 1) opracowanie odrębnego projektu technicznego dla każdej lokalizacji objętej zamówieniem, wraz z uzyskaniem wymaganych uzgodnień oraz dokonaniem zgłoszenia robót budowlanych niewymagających pozwolenia na budowę; 2) dostawę wszystkich urządzeń, materiałów i elementów niezbędnych do wykonania instalacji fotowoltaicznych oraz magazynów energii; 3) wykonanie robót montażowych, uruchomienie instalacji oraz przeprowadzenie wszystkich wymaganych prób, pomiarów i odbiorów; 4) wykonanie wszelkich czynności niezbędnych do zgłoszenia mikroinstalacji do właściwego Operatora Systemu Dystrybucyjnego (OSD) oraz doprowadzenia do jej przyłączenia i uruchomienia; 5) przeprowadzenie instruktażu użytkowników w zakresie prawidłowej obsługi, eksploatacji i podstawowej konserwacji wykonanych instalacji; 6) świadczenie usług serwisowych oraz realizację obowiązków wynikających z udzielonej gwarancji jakości i rękojmi za wady. W ramach zamówienia podstawowego: 1) instalacje fotowoltaiczne w ilości 17 kpl o łącznej mocy nie mniejszej niż 379,2 kWp; 2) magazyny energii elektrycznej w ilości 16 o łącznej minimalnej pojemności użytkowej 418 kWh.
