A Framework agreement shall be established with one Tenderer who shall provide sea contractor services for The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency and the Navy. The services shall i.a. be carried out at FMA's measuring stations located in Vestlandet, as well as surface vessels such as the Coast Guard, KNM Maud and frigates. The tenderer shall have the use of: Vessels that have a positioning system, crane, diving services, ROV and winch ROOV with options for positioning and relevant tooling/equipment.
