Establishment of a Multi-Party Framework for the Provision of consultancy services for the preparation of Strategic Flood Risk Assessments (SFRAs) to inform Limerick City and County Plans. The Framework will be established in foot of an initial contract for the Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) at an appropriate scale to inform proposed Variation no.4 to the Limerick Development Plan 2022-2028 (as varied).

Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) services to support new construction and major refurbishment projects at Dublin and Cork Airports. The framework will provide access to competent PSDP providers who can fulfil their statutory duties under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, while assisting in achieving best practice in design risk management, regulatory compliance, and project governance.

Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Procurement Support Services (Goods and Services)

Following the enactment of the Water Environment (Abstractions and Associated Impoundments) Act 2022 and the subsequent commencement of the Water Environment (Abstractions and Associated Impoundments) Regulations 2024, Waterways Ireland is seeking technical services to prepare the documentation and data required to support the abstraction licensing process with the Agency (Environment Protection Agency, EPA) for waterways under our statutory remit. Our operations include numerous water abstractions and associated impoundments, supporting navigation, pumping stations and operational requirements across these waterways. This contract scope covers a total of fourteen abstractions of greater than 2,000 m3/day under Waterways Ireland's management, which will require abstraction licensing. In addition to the licensing of existing abstractions, the scope of this contract also includes the assessment of two proposed new and reinstated abstraction sources within Waterways Ireland's operational network on the Grand Canal. The Consultant shall review and assess both current abstraction sites and any new or proposed locations described in this tender. The licensing framework will focus on the data gathering, modelling and potential environmental impact of each abstraction. Waterways Ireland will be required to submit necessary information to permit consenting of abstraction application assessments by the EPA, ensuring compliance with our statutory obligations under the Water Framework Directive and supporting our strategic water management objectives.

The Project comprises the upgrade and expansion of the NBPP building, including all associated design, coordination, statutory approvals, and construction supervision services. The works will be carried out within an operational (live) facility and shall include the integration of new and existing building elements, services, and systems. The Consultant's Services shall address all relevant site constraints, including continuity of operations, health and safety requirements, phasing of works, and coordination with stakeholders. The scope includes multidisciplinary design services to deliver a compliant, functional, and cost-effective solution in accordance with the Client's requirements and applicable statutory standards.
