Provide independent operational and ICT consultancy, especially for planning and delivering digitalisation initiatives and project and programme management. Tasks may include change and portfolio management, benefits realisation, procurement support, contract follow-up, quality assurance and decision support; routine production operations and maintenance are excluded.

Supply Splunk software licences to NHN on commercially favourable terms, supporting closer contract follow-up and flexibility in system development. Licences must serve systems closely integrated with NHN’s existing IT environment.

Provide a treasury system to support financial management, including registration, monitoring, bookkeeping and reporting of the group's loans, liquidity, securities and guarantees.

Supply a cloud-based electronic patient journal system for Alta and 26 other municipalities, including implementation, data migration, training, user support and ongoing operation. Separate contracts will be signed with each municipality.

Provide IFS ERP consultancy services to support Avinor’s system operations, management and further development through a stable, long-term framework arrangement.

Supply and operate a complete cloud-based electronic patient record system for municipal nursing and care services, excluding doctor, emergency doctor and health-centre services. Scope includes configuration, integrations, migration, maintenance, support, training and further development across institutional, home-based, disability, mental health, substance-abuse, day-centre, occupational therapy and physiotherapy services.
