The Project comprises the upgrade and expansion of the NBPP building, including all associated design, coordination, statutory approvals, and construction supervision services. The works will be carried out within an operational (live) facility and shall include the integration of new and existing building elements, services, and systems. The Consultant's Services shall address all relevant site constraints, including continuity of operations, health and safety requirements, phasing of works, and coordination with stakeholders. The scope includes multidisciplinary design services to deliver a compliant, functional, and cost-effective solution in accordance with the Client's requirements and applicable statutory standards.

Architectural and related services, engineering design, cost management for new airfield vehicle entry screening post, associated infrastructure and ancillary works at Shannon Airport.

Establishment of a Single Point Design Team to progress the approved scheme initially through detailed design and tender procurement with potential to include the services for the construction, handover and close-out phases. The project seeks to improve the quality, accessibility, functionality and appearance of the public realm while respecting and enhancing the area's historic character.
