The Contracting Entity intends to procure a single party Framework Agreement for services to inspect and maintain fire extinguishers and fire detection and alarm systems in High Voltage substations. Will include annual site visits, checking of systems as required and maintenance / supply or refilling of fire extinguishers, repair and disposal of fire extinguishers as required. Annual testing/certification of fire detection and alarm system. This will predominately be a services framework agreement with a small element of it being works related.

Delivery of a significant programme of housing projects (social and affordable housing) utilising primarily the Design and Build (DB) delivery model. Includes detailed design and construction of key enabling works such as site preparation, demolition, excavation, earthmoving, drainage, railway construction works, and associated civil engineering tasks.

Supply and delivery of commercial large kitchen appliances for a new café development. Installation excluded.
