Supply up to 12 battery-electric passenger cars for the home care service: four in the basic delivery and an option for eight more. Vehicles must have four-wheel drive and at least 450 km WLTP range; supply includes a five-year service package, two complete wheel sets per vehicle and vehicle-manager training.

Supply magnesium chloride and calcium chloride for road use to participating municipalities and GIVAS. Bids may cover either or both sub-tenders; some municipalities participate as options.

Operate a concession service renting electric scooters and electric bicycles on public land in Bergen, supporting a sustainable mobility offer for residents.

Provide requisition-paid road transport for patients who need facilitated transport for technical or medical reasons. Cover journeys starting at Årstein and requests linked to Bardu emergency-doctor surgery outside patient travel office hours.

Supply diesel, petrol and AdBlue from stations for emergency and administrative vehicles, with access across relevant locations. The framework may also cover vehicle operating products and services, oils, accessories, kiosk goods and quick charging for official journeys.

Provide leasing and administration of civil vehicles for the contracting authority’s personnel, covering regular and emerging requirements for daily operations, meetings, travel, exercises and training.

Supply one four-wheel-drive patient transport vehicle weighing under 3.5 tonnes for Sykehuset Telemark HF.

Provide requisition-based road transport for patients requiring stretcher transport, with seated passenger transport where needed. Ambulance transport is excluded.

Supply three fully electric service vehicles for the Coastal Administration’s environmental preparedness operations: two goods vans for Tromsø and Horten, and one passenger car for Horten. Vehicles should be as similar as possible in make, model and generation. A future service agreement for all vehicles is optional.

Procure, construct and deliver two identical crew vehicles fitted with fire pumps and water tanks. Vehicles must meet the technical specifications, applicable regulations and NS 11060-2019, with safe equipment layout and maintainable design.
