Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin wishes to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to deliver operational event support services for its annual Undergraduate Open Day events, facilitating engagement with prospective students, parents, guardians and guidance counsellors. The Trinity Undergraduate Open Day is the University's largest annual event, attracting more than 10,000 attendees and represents a significant operational and logistical undertaking. The event requires a complex campus-wide build and supports the delivery of over 300 presentations, 90 exhibition stands, campus tours, demonstrations and interactive activities across multiple venues. The 2026 Open Day will take place on Saturday 21 November 2026.

Das Festivalprogramm umfasst drei Säulen: 1. Limerick International Band Championship, 2. Limerick St. Patrick's Day Parade, 3. Shamrock Street Shows und Festival-Unterhaltungsprogramm.
