Establish a dynamic purchasing system panel of providers to deliver a range of health and safety short courses to Kilkenny and Carlow ETB students and staff. Courses support QQI and other programmes, including preparation for work placements, and are delivered during the academic year.

Provide a multidisciplinary design team for Westgate Vision Public Realm Scheme Character Areas 1 and 2. Deliver detailed design and tendering, manage the construction phase, and support delivery through handover.

Procure and manage site surveys and investigations to assess remediation needed to prepare the former Newbridge Machinery Yard for development, including order-of-cost estimates. Prepare planning documentation for site clearance and works tender documents, and supervise remediation works.

Provide integrated planning, engineering, environmental, stakeholder engagement and specialist consultancy services for the Clontarf Flood Defence and Public Realm Project. Develop the scheme through options, assessments and statutory consents to detailed design, preparing the studies, surveys, modelling and application materials needed to progress it toward procurement and construction.

Provide a facilitator for online events of the Housing First Community of Practice.
