Provide a shared cloud-based SaaS chemical substance register for Agder county, participating municipalities and other entities. Support chemical registration and handling, safety data sheet access and monitoring, risk assessments, exposure registers, reporting, and role and access management.

Supply and manage subscriptions for printed and electronic periodicals, including purchasing and handling.

Provide an electronic system to receive and manage reports of censurable conditions under the Working Environment Act. The system must support dialogue, case handling and follow-up, and the provider must make an initial assessment of whether a report qualifies as a notification and relay that assessment to the responsible entity.

Provide and operate a secure, scalable cloud SaaS system for time and absence registration and approval, work-hours planning, compliance support, management, decision support and reporting. The solution must integrate with municipal systems and support all municipal entities except educational personnel.

Supply Splunk software licences to NHN on commercially favourable terms, supporting closer contract follow-up and flexibility in system development. Licences must serve systems closely integrated with NHN’s existing IT environment.

Provide an internal and external communication system as a service with an accompanying SLA, including network design and operation. The service must allow communication to be established or ceased as needed.

Provide independent operational and ICT consultancy, especially for planning and delivering digitalisation initiatives and project and programme management. Tasks may include change and portfolio management, benefits realisation, procurement support, contract follow-up, quality assurance and decision support; routine production operations and maintenance are excluded.

Provide GIS analysis consultancy to meet the Environment Agency’s GIS competence and capacity needs under a framework agreement.

Securely convert old media through separately managed call-offs, with adaptations as needed. Handle variable media volumes and potentially new formats.

Provide Microsoft License Solution Provider services under a single-supplier framework agreement. Manage and oversee the Customer’s Microsoft agreements and ensure continued provision and support of existing Microsoft solutions.
