Operate a concession service renting electric scooters and electric bicycles on public land in Bergen, supporting a sustainable mobility offer for residents.

Provide requisition-paid road transport for patients who need facilitated transport for technical or medical reasons. Cover journeys starting at Årstein and requests linked to Bardu emergency-doctor surgery outside patient travel office hours.

Provide requisition-based road transport for patients requiring stretcher transport, with seated passenger transport where needed. Ambulance transport is excluded.

Transport and collect technical aids to fixed reception or pickup points across 20 Vest-Viken municipalities on scheduled routes. Goods include bulky beds, wheelchairs, cycles and smaller aids packed in transport cages; at least two vehicles are required.

Operational and maintenance services, with functional responsibility for some assignments, on national roads and national pedestrian/cycle paths, including associated facilities, roadside areas, equipment and installations. Work covers the specified road network in Asker, Bærum, Drammen, Hole, Kongsberg, Lier, Modum, Ringerike and Øvre Eiker municipalities, including winter operations, cleaning, roadworks warnings and traffic diversions.

Provide ad hoc bus transport services to meet the contracting authority's transport requirements outside its regular scheduled services under parallel framework agreements.

Operation and maintenance of the road network and urban areas in the centre of Oslo. Contract works include cleaning and handling waste, draining, patching asphalt holes, gritting, snow clearing and removing snow. Minor maintenance work such as replacing edge stones, repairing damaged or worn speed bumps and replacing damaged drains. Duty scheme and stand-by contract for unforeseen events. Minor investment measures including crossing tensioning, establishing of new speed bumps, pruning along the pavement, upgrading/asphalting/maintaining stretches with walking and cycle paths.

Establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24 hour resting place for heavy transport along the E16 on the håbakken - Voss stretch. The contracting authority needs approx. 50 parking places for heavy transport on the stretch E16 Håbakken-Voss. The individual 24 hour resting places shall have a minimum of 10 and maximum 30 placement places, and shall include a service facility with toilets/showers. Charging stations are to be established in accordance with requirements in point 3.2 hours. The 24 hour resting place shall fulfil the requirements in chapter 3. The contract will be awarded to the tenders that together give the best relationship between price and quality and that best cover the contracting authority ́s need for placement places on the stretch. The 24 hour resting place shall be ready for opening at the latest 16 months after the contract has been signed and the contract will apply for 10 years from the opening hours. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1+1 year, so that the total possible lease period is 12 years.

Service contract for winter maintenance on municipal roads and other areas. The competition is for the hire of tractors and other relevant machines with drivers for snow clearing and gritting on roads and areas that the municipality is responsible for maintaining. The contract shall contribute to the winter maintenance being carried out in a proper, efficient and predictable way, so that accessibility and traffic safety are safeguarded throughout the winter season.

Passenger transport services. The contract involves driving employees and guests mainly by minibus, but also by bus and passenger car (not taxi-driving).
