Property Management Services (management of various properties), including mobilisation activities, development and maintenance of asset registers, development and maintenance of a computer-aided facilities management system, development of annual maintenance plans, planned preventative maintenance (including cleaning and pest control) of buildings, facilities, plant and equipment, landscaping, and winterisation activities, corrective maintenance (including cleaning and repair of vandalism damage) of buildings, facilities, plant and equipment, planned and corrective maintenance of bus stops, maintenance of records and reports, and all necessary demobilisation activities.

Dublin Bus invites tenders from suitably qualified and licensed contractors for the provision of servicing, preventative maintenance, repair, monitoring support and emergency call-out response for CCTV and intruder alarm systems across the Dublin Bus network. The contract covers planned preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, monitoring support and 24-hour emergency response for security alarm and CCTV systems located across Dublin Bus depots, offices and operational facilities. The successful contractor will be required to provide planned maintenance, emergency call-out services, system testing, reporting and documentation.
