Carry out refurbishment works at 3 and 4 Georges Street, including improvements to the public realm at Jenkins Lane in Waterford City.

Deliver a broad range of civil engineering and associated capital works at Dublin Port and other DPC-controlled lands, including marine and quay works, dredging, roads, bridges, drainage, utilities, remediation, buildings and port electrification. Framework members must be capable of delivering the full range, individually or as a consortium.

Provide works contractor services, including the role of PSCS, for conservation and adaptation of 14–17 Moore Street and construction of a new visitor facility at 8–9 Moore Lane, Dublin 1.

Design and construction of the 4 km Luas Green Line extension infrastructure, including track, four stops, Broombridge stabling works, a 350-space Park and Ride, bridges, utilities, road and active-travel works, overhead catenary, power and rail systems, and associated urban realm and ancillary works. Includes systems integration, coordination with other works packages and stakeholders, testing and commissioning.

Construct a new pedestrian and cyclist gateway connection to the Sport Ireland Campus via the Tolka Gateway route, including pathway upgrades, underground utilities, drainage, public lighting, CCTV, retaining structures, site access and associated civil and electrical engineering works.

Refurbishment of occupied and vacant dwellings and associated minor works for South Dublin County Council in Tallaght South (North), including environmental and waste management.
