The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of office and school materials. The procurement's value is estimated to: NOK 4,100,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 25,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.

Enterprise Risk Management is Statnett's framework for risk management at the strategic and tactical levels. The agreement covers the ongoing provision of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions delivered over the Internet, in accordance with the requirements specified in the attached requirements specification, as well as related implementation services, integrations, data migration, training, administration, maintenance, and further development of the solution in response to changing needs, regulatory requirements, and evolving ways of working. The procurement also includes an option for a Goal and Performance Management module.

The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the defence sector predictable access to printing services with sufficient capacity and quality within a broad spectrum of printing articles. The framework agreement shall cover the sector's ongoing need for production of, among other things, magazines, Brochures, books, magazines, envelopes, calendars, reports, beach flags, roll-ups, photo prints, placards, envelopes, business cards, certificates, certificates, trade fair walls, stickers, sales assignments, prospects, foliation and banners, and facilitate efficient call-offs, security of deliveries and safeguarding information security requirements when processing graded and screened information. The service shall be provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud service, available via a browser without a need for local installation, and with ongoing operation and maintenance, user support, updates and security elements including. The procurement also includes training of the Contracting Authority's users.

The Planning and Building Department manages large amounts of data connected to building applications, property, geodata and more. Stable access to this data is decisive for ensuring efficient case handling and the provision of services to inhabitants and businesses. The objective of the procurement is to establish a secure and robust system for backing up and restoring data. The procured system shall contribute to ensuring high availability to the agency's data and systems and reduce risk connected to data loss, security events and interruptions to operations. The system shall support the agency ́s need for: - protection of mission critical data. - Quick Recovery on Events - Robustness against cyber threats (including ransomware). - flexibility in connection with the transition to Oslo municipality ́s common ICT platform. The procurement comprises a combined system for backup and recovery that can consist of: - service delivery from the tenderer ́s platform. - operation of systems in the contracting authority ́s or third-party environment. - necessary components for storage and recovery. The system shall ensure that backup copies are stored at least two independent locations, which are physically and logically separate.

The competition is for the delivery of a complete system for sign recognition (ANPR) with external displays to show available parking places. Tenderers are required to be affiliated with an apprenticeship scheme, ensuring at least ten percent of the work is carried out by apprentices.

The competition is for the delivery of a cloud system for general case handling. The procurement's value is estimated to: above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage. This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the Public Procurement Act § 5b third paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns the procurement of a digital system, where the procurement's nature means that the contracting authority has been cut off from affecting climate and environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria targeting these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environment supervisor. The obligation to make requirements for apprentices is considered to apply for this procurement, cf. the Procurement Act § 5h. See the contract for more information.
