Lindesnes municipality shall upgrade the treatment process at Grønvika treatment facility (RA). The treatment plant was commissioned in 2000 and the facility currently has BIO-P (active sludge installations) and chemical traps. The aim of the procurement is to enable the plant to meet the current phosphor requirements and make the plant more robust towards future requirements, the aim is that the plant is dimensioned to function up until the year 2050. The execution model for contract E1 - process and machine is interaction with a turnkey contract. This model starts with an interaction phase that ends with a complete and approved preliminary project. Thereafter follows the execution phase which will be carried out as a regular turnkey contract. The contracting authority has the right to cancel the contract before and in connection with the transition between the phases.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of goods and services within door environment and security at the University of Oslo (UiO). The procurement shall cover UiO's need for purchase, installation, configuration, service, maintenance, support and replacement of products, sites and systems within the scope of the agreement. The procurement is divided into three sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1 – Assa Abloy lock systems, Sub-contract 2 - Lenel OnGuard and accompanying licences, Sub-contract 3 – Service and maintenance.

Procurement and communication of power to Ål Kraftverk KF's customers. The service involves purchasing and forwarding of power to final user customers. Products offered include Spot price, Flex power (fixed price for 1st, 2nd or 3 years), and Ål Power Station – Winter product. The municipality covers the discrepancy between procurement expenses and retail income. Specific pricing models apply for different customer groups.

Temporary framework agreement for compound trade services including service assignments, ongoing maintenance and major maintenance projects where there may be a need for coordination of several trades. The framework agreement will be valid for 9 months, with an option for Oslobygg to extend the contract for a further 3 months.

Samnanger municipality shall establish Samnanger Arena, a new sports facility in Hagabotnane. The project includes a sports hall, activity hall and football pitch with an accompanying gardero bar, technical installations and the necessary infrastructure. The procurement shall be carried out as a turnkey contract.

VAV needs to enter into a new framework agreement for inspecting street foundations and facades. The contract will include set-up of vibration meters as well as site inspections of houses. Street foundations and facades shall be inspected for several projects, both before and after the execution of projects. Damage to the road foundation and property shall be documented in such assignments, resulting from blasting, pigging etc. In individual cases vibration meters will be set out in periods where work is being carried out.

Delivery of new UV installations with accompanying UV cupboards, instrumentation, valves and pipe system, as well as complete assembly and commissioning thereof. The delivery also includes disassembly of the existing UV installations as well as the delivery of a new chlorination system.

A Framework agreement shall be established with one Tenderer who shall provide sea contractor services for The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency and the Navy. The services shall i.a. be carried out at FMA's measuring stations located in Vestlandet, as well as surface vessels such as the Coast Guard, KNM Maud and frigates. The tenderer shall have the use of: Vessels that have a positioning system, crane, diving services, ROV and winch ROOV with options for positioning and relevant tooling/equipment. The supplier shall be able to perform and offer services such as: Inspection of infrastructure below water at the measuring stations, Maintenance of individual components or the entire system, Replacement and installation of systems in water volume and on seabed, Replacement and installation of cables on seabed, Design/engineering of the anchoring system and other components. included in the infrastructure during water chromatification of vessels in order to remove groe and reduce the spreading of unwanted species diving services.

The contracting authority mainly needs to procure companies that can carry out independent inspections of engineering design services and execution for the inspection areas geotechnics, construction security, building physics, universal design and fire safety. The framework agreement shall also be able to be used for control assignments beyond the regulations requirements. Any need will be clarified and described in each call-off.
