Delivery, installation and commissioning of complete navigation simulators for Nord-Troms sixth form college, skjervøy school and Senja sixth form college, Department Gibostad. The delivery includes simulator stations for pupils and instructors, necessary hardware and software, accompanying licences, cabling, integration with relevant existing equipment and adapted furnishing. The system shall facilitate realistic training in navigation, manoeuvring, GMDSS communication, interaction between vessels and exercises across disciplines. The simulators shall be able to be controlled together from the instructor station, support joint scenarios and give good possibilities for real time management, recording, documentation and evaluation of exercises. Flexibility is also wanted for future expansions and integrations, including an option for a fishing module. The assignment includes further training in use and operation, documentation, proposals for a room system and any infrastructure requirements, as well as a service and maintenance agreement with support and access to spare parts.

Dynamic procurement scheme for digital teaching aids for the primary and secondary schools for the municipalities in Vestfold. The DPS scheme shall apply from NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT. 100,000. The municipalities handle procurements under this value themselves. All units that are a part of the entity as a legal unit shall be able to use this scheme. If new units are added during the agreement period, they shall be able to join the scheme. Option: The scheme applies to the primary and secondary schools, but other entities can use the scheme if appropriate. The DPS scheme will be moved from Mercell to Hyyr, which is the new KGV and KAV system.
