The procurement shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for a comprehensive service within tender management (KGV) and contract administration/management (KAV), with good functionality and associated services. The service shall support the entire procurement process from carrying out market surveys, announcements, tender submission, contract signing and support for contract follow-up and management until a contract has been completed, as well as ensure compliance with the public procurement law and regulations (LOA/FOA). The service shall be provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud service, available via a browser without a need for local installation, and with ongoing operation and maintenance, user support, updates and security elements including. The procurement also includes training of the Contracting Authority's users.

The Planning and Building Department manages large amounts of data connected to building applications, property, geodata and more. Stable access to this data is decisive for ensuring efficient case handling and the provision of services to inhabitants and businesses. The objective of the procurement is to establish a secure and robust system for backing up and restoring data. The procured system shall contribute to ensuring high availability to the agency's data and systems and reduce risk connected to data loss, security events and interruptions to operations. The system shall support the agency ́s need for: - protection of mission critical data. - Quick Recovery on Events - Robustness against cyber threats (including ransomware). - flexibility in connection with the transition to Oslo municipality ́s common ICT platform. The procurement comprises a combined system for backup and recovery that can consist of: - service delivery from the tenderer ́s platform. - operation of systems in the contracting authority ́s or third-party environment. - necessary components for storage and recovery. The system shall ensure that backup copies are stored at least two independent locations, which are physically and logically separate.

The competition is for the delivery of a complete system for sign recognition (ANPR) with external displays to show available parking places. Tenderers are required to be affiliated with an apprenticeship scheme, ensuring at least ten percent of the work is carried out by apprentices.

The competition is for the delivery of a joint electronic patient journal (EPJ) for the public dental health service, with integration with a joint storage system. The system is provided as a continual service including operation, development and management.

The competition is for the delivery of a system for the procurement and administration of digital teaching aids, teaching aids, teaching resources and production tools - hereafter collectively called digital teaching aids. The procurement also includes a web system for ordering, overview and administration of licences. The system handles reports and statistics showing both the procurement of licences and the actual use of the licences.
