Provide an SAP ABAP developer to support conversion of the Norwegian Defence Material Agency’s and Norwegian Defence’s SAP ECC systems to SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will work with the Norwegian Cyber Defence DRIV unit on further development of the Defence management system and may collaborate with other Defence units or projects.

Supply a solution that automatically detects drowning incidents and emerging emergencies at the swimming facility and alerts staff. The system is intended to strengthen bathing safety and supplement, not replace, staffed lifeguard services.

The supplier is responsible for the integrated solution, including an integration platform, monitoring, support and operations; components may also be purchased, and response-centre alert handling may be included. Manage, further develop, customise, troubleshoot, maintain and optimise SharePoint Server solutions. Support development and optimisation of SharePoint Online and hybrid SharePoint solutions; Forsvarsbygg operates the underlying infrastructure.

Provide a contact centre system for customer dialogue and case handling for Troms public transport and mobility services. The procurement covers the system and accompanying digital services.

Consulting assistance for UX services.

Develop and establish a comprehensive, modular trade system replacing the current system and supporting the Guarantee Fund’s grant and performance schemes. Deliver in two phases: crew-based schemes first, followed by vessel-based schemes, with full production setup and handover after phase 2. Provide configurable rules and rates, integrations, secure and traceable processing, user interfaces for internal and external users, document production, applications, decisions, calculations, payments and settlement; include testing, documentation and competence transfer. Provide long-term maintenance, management and further development after takeover.

IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support; Information technology services; Data services. Includes on-site consultancy services at the Section for IT and digitalisation in Tromsø.

Dynamic purchasing system for goods and services related to data centre. Includes rack, servers, blade boxes, hyper converged systems, storage units, back-up systems, routers, network equipment, network cables, firewalls, load balancers, database, appliance boxes, software for operating server rooms, power systems (UPS, PDU), refrigeration systems, sensors (water, humidity, temperature), and other monitoring equipment suitable for server rooms. Also includes assistance, support, assembly/installation of components and modules procured from the scheme.
