Provide affordable, healthy and balanced catering to students, staff and visitors at Castleblayney College, Monday to Friday during each academic year. The service should offer a flexible range of hot and cold food and beverages.

Operate and manage the Lakeside Café concession at Tralee Bay Wetlands Eco and Activity Park, providing café and catering services.

Provide cash collection services for Limerick City and County Council.

Provide indoor catering services for Bord Bia Bloom 2027+ in Phoenix Park, Dublin, under a concession-fee contract.

Provide hot meals under the School Meals Scheme on each school day for up to 749 students at Scoil Íosagáin. Delivery is dependent on annual Department of Social Protection funding.

Provide outdoor catering services for Bord Bia Bloom 2027+ under a fixed-fee contract.

Supply hot school meals to Drumeela National School.

Provide soft facilities management for the MetroLink project team at Coopers Cross, including two reception staff and two facilities assistants, cleaning, office supplies, courier, taxi and postal services, catering supplies and confidential shredding. Maintain facilities equipment and specified fire, first-aid, smoke-detection and Zip Tap systems, and support future MetroLink site offices.

Provide hot meals under the School Meals Scheme for 125 students on each school day. Service is dependent on annual Department of Social Protection funding; the school calendar will be supplied at the start of each academic year.

Operate, manage and develop the Plaza Café in the Glucksman Library Building and provide associated hospitality catering services under a single-party framework agreement. The concessionaire assumes commercial risk and must deliver inclusive and supported employment, environmental sustainability and community engagement, in compliance with contractual, legislative and University policy requirements.
