The Revenue Commissioners currently operate a large on-premise IT estate, supplemented by established Landing Zones in several Public Cloud environments. As part of an ongoing digital transformation and IT modernisation strategy, Revenue seeks to procure scalable, secure and cost-effective Cloud capacity. The tender does not commit Revenue to procure services but will provide the foundational compute, storage, networking and supplementary services required to develop, deploy and manage new digital services, as well as provide the capability to migrate existing workloads to the Cloud where considered appropriate.

Design, supply, configuration, integration, commissioning, support and maintenance of a Station Services Mediation System (SSMS). The SSMS will provide the central processing, integration and management platform for real-time passenger information services across the Iarnród Éireann railway network. The system will interface with existing and future IÉ operational systems, including timetable systems, signalling systems, Passenger Information Display Systems (PIDS), Long Line Public Address (LLPA) systems and external passenger information platforms. The solution will support the phased migration from IÉ's existing Customer Information Systems to the future Centralised Traffic Control and Communications Based Interlocking (CBI) environment while maintaining continuity of passenger information services throughout the transition. The scope includes all necessary software, licences, configuration and integration services, testing, commissioning, migration, documentation, training, maintenance, technical support, cybersecurity updates, lifecycle and obsolescence management required to provide a fully operational and supported SSMS solution.

Commercial advisory services for the procurement and contract management of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and other gas commodities.

Coordination, design, implementation, and training for the National Start-up Accelerator Programmes – Sectoral/Specialist. The Panel may be employed for the award of accelerator related programmes connected with new sectoral / specialist needs in response to industry developments, trends and new technologies. Enterprise Ireland currently has a requirement for an AI Specialist Accelerator Programme.
