Provide project management, contract-strategy development and project support on the builder side for GIVAS’s future sewage system project. Staff central roles in the builder organisation and support the builder function as GIVAS assesses renovation of existing facilities against a new joint treatment facility. Technical engineering design is procured separately.

Establish, operate and maintain a SaaS self-recovery system to support correct and effective collection of municipal claims in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Includes limited implementation assistance and training for ICT Agder, six municipalities and Agder County, with options for other municipalities to join later.

Provide a project manager to lead the team responsible for procuring user equipment for the buildings in the NTNU Campus Collection project.

Supply electricity for the full needs of Alta, Porsanger and Lebesby municipalities and provide portfolio management. Management of concession-power sales may also be requested. Each municipality will enter into a separate contract.

Provide assistance to move the Election Directorate from DSB’s shared Microsoft 365 tenant to a separate tenant, clearly separating identities, devices and data.

Provide consultancy, planning and engineering design for street and road planning, mobility, transport and zoning plans, with emphasis on attractive streets and urban areas. Support municipal investment projects, including Bypakken Haugesund-Karmøy, and meet relevant planning, road-authority and technical requirements.

Provide external planning consultants to produce municipal social plans, municipal area plans, coastal-zone plans, area sub-plans and area development plans. Other municipality-owned plan types may be commissioned where a specific need is justified.

Provide a builder's representative, a SHA coordinator for engineering design (KP) who also serves as SHA coordinator for execution (KU), and a technical builder's representative for AHO's ventilation replacement and energy-efficiency project. The same person may not fill multiple roles.

Supply electricity physically to municipal entities; manage and optimise concession-power sales and implement price assurance and financial-contract management. Provide market forecasts, billing and site administration, environmental and efficiency advice, general consultancy and reporting.

Provide IT operational services for Nettalliansen’s owner companies, including Microsoft Office 365 support applications, licence handling, a single point of contact service and IT security. Network operation is an option.
