Installation von Feuerlöschanlagen (HDWN) einschließlich Demontage-, Rückbau-, Schutz-, Baustelleneinrichtungsarbeiten sowie Errichtung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme der zentralen Anlagentechnik einschließlich Wartungs- und Inspektionsleistungen im Bereich der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA). Die Baumaßnahme umfasst die Sanierung und Erweiterung der bestehenden OP-Abteilung in Ebene -2 des Universitätsklinikums in Marburg. Der Umbau wird bei laufendem Klinik-Betrieb in freigezogenen Teilbereichen abschnittsweise stattfinden.

W ramach realizacji zamówienia Zamawiający wymaga wykonania systemu zapewniającego co najmniej: • podgląd mapowy w czasie rzeczywistym całej bazy utrzymaniowej (tory postojowe oraz tory w hali napraw) wraz ze schematem synoptycznym terenu bocznicy; • prezentację na mapie synoptycznej informacji o pojazdach dotyczących m.in.: dokładnego miejsca odstawienia pojazdu, informacji o usterkach, planowanych pracach przeglądowych i naprawczych, planowanej pracy eksploatacyjnej, próbach hamulca, oględzinach technicznych, czyszczeniach, itp.; • prezentację zaplanowanych do wykonania czynności wraz z planowaniem czasu zajętości toru na hali napraw i ewentualnych odchyleniach od planu; • harmonogramowanie zajętości torów postojowych w oparciu o zaplanowaną pracę eksploatacyjną dla pojazdów dostępnych do jazdy; • harmonogramowanie zajętości torów w hali napraw; • kontrolę zajętości torów w zależności od długości toru na grupie odstawczej i uwzględnianie zarówno długości torów jak i długości pojazdów przy automatycznym planowaniu zajętości torów; • sygnalizację nieprawidłowego ustawienia pojazdu na danym torze; • analizę sytuacji taborowej i weryfikację zmiany przyporządkowania pojazdów do obiegów, tak aby móc na bieżąco dostosowywać plan zajętości bocznicy do aktualnych warunków.

The subject of this tender is the regeneration of the Gzira Sewage Pumping Station and surrounding grounds. This includes the restoration of the scheduled Main Building and the repurposing of parts of this building to house the locality's Local Council offices and other multi-purpose spaces to be utilised by the Local Council and WSC, and the upgrading of the operation facilities of the pumping station. The existing formal garden between the Main Building and the boundary wall on the Rue d'Argens frontage is to be restored and retained while the rest of the site is to be reconfigured into a public garden open to the public and serving the local community of Gzira, while providing a much-needed green enclave within the locality. Tender also includes laying of pipes and services by open cut trenches as per tender documents and bill of quantities in Triq Rue d'Argens, Gzira.

Upgrade works to the existing Cootehill Enterprise Centre, comprising thermal performance improvements and environmental upgrades to the external building envelope and façade systems. The works are divided into five separate options: Option 1 – Non-Insulated Façade Upgrade; Option 2 – Insulated Façade Upgrade; Option 3 – Window and Door Replacement; Option 4 – Photovoltaic Panels; Option 5 – Internal Wall Insulation. Tenderers shall allow for all labour, materials, plant, access, temporary works, coordination and ancillary works necessary to provide a complete installation for each option.

Gegenstand des Loses sind die Erd-, Entwässerungs- und Rohbauarbeiten für den Neubau. Die Leistung umfasst im Wesentlichen das Aufbrechen und Entsorgen vorhandener bituminöser Befestigungen (rd. 526 m²), den Baugruben- und Schachtaushub in Lehmböden mit Abtransport und Entsorgung (rd. 213 m³) sowie den Einbau der Frostschutzschicht (rd. 131 m³). Im Bereich Entwässerung ist eine Grundleitung aus KG-2000-Rohren DN 150 und DN 300 (rd. 205 m) herzustellen. Der Rohbau umfasst Ortbetonarbeiten für Streifenfundamente und die Fundamentplatte in C25/30 (XC2, d = 25 cm; rd. 466 m² zzgl. 53 m³ Streifenfundamente) einschließlich Perimeterdämmung (100 mm, rd. 416 m²), tragende und nichttragende Wände aus Kalksandstein-Planelementen (KS-XL, t = 17,5/20/24 cm; rd. 571 m²) sowie eine Filigrandecke C25/30 (d = 22 cm, rd. 243 m²). Ergänzend sind Fertigteile zu liefern und zu montieren: 14 Stahlbeton-Stützen (30/50 cm) mit angeformten Fundamenten sowie rd. 256 m² Sandwich-Fassadenplatten (SWP1, d = 38 cm) als Hallenfassade.
