The contracting authority invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for contractor services - municipal engineering installations for Trondheim municipality. Trondheim municipality intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3-4 tenderers for reduced site measures for water, sewage, sanitation and roads. It may also be necessary to use the framework agreement for work within urban areas and green areas, but the Contracting Authority is not obliged to use the contract within this area. The site measures can vary and can be pure projects within water and sewage facilities, roads, sanitation or urban areas and green areas, or they can constitute combined projects where several disciplines are included. The extent of the site measures in the framework agreement can include, but is not limited to the following areas: Water and sewage installations: New installations, renovations, renewals, separation projects as well as other relevant improvement works. Road measures: Development of roads, pavements, cycle paths, the establishment of bicycle parking, bus stops, noise reduction screens, lighting of public spaces, as well as the construction of retaining walls and similar constructions. Sanitation measures: Minor alteration works, repairs and necessary improvements connected to the existing sanitation plant and infrastructure. Urban areas and green areas: Replacement of polluted matter, vegetation work and reconditioning/establishing quarters, tracks and edges. The framework agreement will cover site measures of varying complexity and size, primarily categorised as smaller to medium sized projects. Most of the assignments will be located within Trondheim municipality.

Studieopdracht voor specifieke technische installaties in afgebakende zones en ruimtes in het gebouw deSingel. Het gaat onder andere over ventilatie/klimatisatie, liften, noodverlichting, brandveiligheidsinstallatie en elektriciteitsborden. Naast de studie van de technische installaties is er ook een beperkte studieopdracht architectuur specifiek met betrekking tot de bouwkundige brandcompartimentering op het kelderniveau en aan liftsassen. De studie omvat alle technische aanpassingen en alle aanpassingen voor de architecturale integratie ervan (incl architectuur, stabiliteit, akoestiek). De ingrepen dienen zich op een gepaste en zorgvuldige wijze te integreren in de bestaande architectuur.

Bauaufgabe: Neubau vom Kunst- und Naturwissenschaftstrakt mit ca. 2000 m² NUF, Überarbeitung Dachstuhl Zwischenbau mit ca. 250 m² Dachfläche, Sanierung Laborgebäude ca. 225 m² NRF, Interimslösung während der Bauphase 3*4, Klassenzimmer + Nebenräume, Neuanlage der Außenanlage ca. 800 m². Bauabwicklung: 1. Teilbaumaßnahme: Schadstoffsanierung, Abbruch und Baugrubenherstellung Neues Laborgebäude, Errichtung Interimsbau, Verlegung der Sparten. 2. Teilbaumaßnahme: Neubau Neues Laborgebäude, Überarbeitung Dachstuhl Zwischenbau, Sanierung Altes Laborgebäude. Das Projekt wird in der BIM-Planungsmethodik umgesetzt.

Opracowanie koncepcji architektoniczno-budowlanej, wielobranżowej dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej, uzyskanie pozwolenia na budowę, pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego. Zakres obejmuje: koncepcję architektoniczną, dokumentację geologiczno-inżynierską, projekt budowlany i wykonawczy, aranżację wnętrz, specyfikację techniczną, przedmiar robót, kosztorys inwestorski, scenariusz pożarowy, dostosowanie do potrzeb osób z szczególnymi potrzebami, integrację systemów bezpieczeństwa (CCTV, SSWiN, SKD), instalacje teletechniczne (LAN, szafy, trasy kablowe), zgodność z wymaganiami konserwatorskimi i RODO.

Wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na przesunięciu istniejących linii zabudowy nabrzeży: Remontowego, Czołowego, Zachodniego o łącznej długości ok. 168 m w głąb akwenu Basenu II o maksymalnie ok. 180 m i zalądowieniu części Basenu II o powierzchni ok. 3 ha wraz z przebudową niezbędnej infrastruktury podziemnej i nadziemnej. Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej i budowa układu drogowego obejmującego m.in. skrzyżowanie o ruchu okrężnym na terenie zalądowionym Basenu II w zakresie branży drogowej wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą, pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego oraz uzyskanie decyzji o pozwoleniu na użytkowanie.
