Transportation of parcels from Portlaoise Mails Centre (PMC), Clonminium Industrial Estate, Co. Laois, R32A32F to Lünsingskuhle 70, 46282 Dorsten-Feldmark, Germany. One dedicated trailer required Tuesday to Saturday to depart An Post Portlaoise Mail Centre @ 16:00 and transit to Dorsten to arrive between 06.00 – 08.00 am. Additional trailers may be required during busy periods i.e. October to December and when volumes exceed norms. Minor alterations to the schedule may also be required at Easter and Bank Holidays (including UK Bank Holidays).

The Contracting Authorities intend to establish a framework agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced economic operator for the provision of a range of transport services associated with organ transplant activities. Concerning the legislative context for this competition, Regulation 16 of S.I. 325 of 2012, which addresses the quality and safety of human organs intended for transportation, makes specific reference to the need to ensure that the transport of organs is governed by appropriate operating procedures. It is anticipated that this competitive process will identify an economic operator capable of providing a high-quality service that safeguards the integrity of organs during transport within suitable transport times.

Passenger transport services on four (4) Routes operating between four (4) Park and Ride sits and two (2) terminal sites at the Event (Park and Ride Services). The services are required between Tuesday 14th September 2027 and Sunday 19th September 2027.

The purpose will be to facilitate students/participants and staff travelling from and to Schools and Centres for various individual trips which may include day trips, sporting events, competitions, careers fairs, science outing, debates and award ceremonies etc.
