New Pedestrian Footpath Works and Ancillaries, at the Irish National War Memorial Gardens, Islandbridge, Dublin 8

Removal and rebuild by hand a wooden boardwalk of approximately 250 metres in length using FSC Douglas Fir. Removal includes embedded wooden support posts. Rebuild includes 2 No. boardwalk crossings, 3 No. passing points and 4 No. wooden benches

Construction of steel footbridge over the Owenriff River and associated works, including access ramp and track, masonry boundary walls, parapet railings, lighting, pedestrian crossings, services diversions and tree planting.

The design, manufacture and supply of 50 No. bespoke replacement Heritage Trail signs for the Phoenix Park, Dublin. Partaking in 2 No. in person Workshop Meetings on-site at the Phoenix Park, Dublin with OPW staff.

Development consisting of the demolition of base of the former pavilion above the Hollows Car Park, the existing external stairways, ramps and walkways between the existing Pavilion and the Cliff Bath House along with general associated external works. The construction of a new two-story Community Pavilion comprising Community Use at ground floor and Cafe at first floor level and Viewing Areas at roof Level; circulation by way of ramps, stairs and lift connecting the Hollows car park to ground floor, first floor, roof level up to the Cliff Road with public accessible open deck at roof level and associated alterations to the external adjacent areas including a landscaped area along the Hollows car park. The construction of new Outdoor Performance Area in the Grassy Area north of the Cliff Bathhouse; the removal of the existing Gathering Space area on the Upper Promenade and its replacement with a new sheltered hedged landscaped Gathering Space. The refurbishment, repair, internal alterations and general conservation works to the existing Cliff Bath House, a Protected Structure. The alterations to include the installation of sauna cabins, the restoration of one seaweed bath room and associated facilities; external alterations to include new windows, doors, pin head roof lights and access deck connecting with the new deck walkway. New maritime landscaping is proposed to the Cliff Public Realm. The removal of a section of wall along the Cliff Road to facilitate the construction of a new widened Boardwalk on the Cliff Road leading to a new Viewing Area with a new Covered Colonnade below and a new Accessible Ramp leading down from the street to the Upper Promenade; the construction of a new Accessible ramp leading from the Upper Promenade to the proposed new Community Pavilion; the construction of a new Diagonal ramp leading from the Upper Promenade to the Lower Promenade to include the removal of a section of the Lower Promenade retaining wall; the installation of 5 no. Covered Shelters along the Lower Promenade and the existing Stepped Ramp at the northern end; the installation of a new Accessible Walkway from the north end of the Lower Promenade adjacent to the Cliff Bank behind the Clift Bath House leading to the Old Slipway with a link to the Cliff Bath House; a new retaining wall with replacement steps leading back up the grassy area at the Cliff Road; the construction of New Accessible Toilets behind the existing stone Retaining Wall opposite the Cliff Bath House. The provision of new foul and surface water drainage systems, water services, mechanical and electrical services, CCTV including discreet low impact external lighting along principal walkways and promenades

Supply and installation of up to 64 Adaptable Educational Workstation Frames, comprising 32 units for North House Building and 32 units for Premier House Building. The final configuration will vary depending on the final floor layouts. It is anticipated that the Plaza layout will consist of four rows of eight workstations, with the two external rows requiring rear sliding-door access and the two central rows configured back-to-back without rear access doors. The design may also need to accommodate existing structural features, including pillars, within North House Building. At present, no equivalent configuration or floor layout has been developed for Premier House Building. The successful tenderer(s) will be required to work collaboratively with the project design team during the dialogue phase to establish the most appropriate Adaptable Educational Workstation Frame configuration and layout for Premier House Building, taking account of operational requirements and any site-specific constraints.

Installation Of approx. 80m rock armour coastal protection works, 4m wide access track, refurbishment works to existing culvert works.

THE EXECUTION OF A PROGRAMME OF REPAIRS TO EXISTING FIRE DOORS AND THE CARRYING OUT OF ANNUAL INSPECTION / MAINTENANCE VISITS

Architectural Services – Public Realm, Conservation Architectural Services, Landscape Architectural Services, Civil and Structural Engineering Services, Quantity Surveying Services, Project Management Services, Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) Services, Employer’s Representative Services, Public Liaison / Stakeholder Engagement Services, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services, Planning Services, Archaeological Services, Fire Engineering Services. The Architect will act as Lead Consultant and will be responsible for coordinating and managing the full multi-disciplinary design team, programme, cost and delivery of the projects. During the construction stage, the Design Team will be required to provide ongoing technical support, respond to queries arising on site and advise on proposed variations and other matters affecting the delivery of the works.

Provision of Fencing and Temporary Structures Services for St. Patrick's Festival.

The project comprises the refurbishment and upgrade of existing educational facilities at ATU Connemara Campus, Letterfrack, Co. Galway. The works include refurbishment of Machine Hall 1, Machine Hall 3, Computer Laboratory, circulation and stairway areas, Design Studio, staff offices and associated teaching accommodation. The contract includes internal alterations, new floor and wall finishes, installation of a platform lift, upgrades to mechanical and electrical services, associated builders works, temporary works, phasing and coordination within a live operational university environment. The campus includes protected structures and the works shall be carried out in accordance with the project drawings, specifications and employer requirements.
