Investigate avalanche hazards in steep terrain in line with TEK17 and NVE guidance, covering avalanches, mudslides, rockfall, landslides and flood avalanches. Provide independent quality assurance of these investigations and potentially other avalanche hazard assessments; assignments must be deliverable nationwide.

Provide electrical, automation and calibration services for process installations, including work during maintenance stoppages, fault recovery, preventive and corrective maintenance, alterations and modifications. The scope also covers other work requiring an authorised electrical installation business.

Review and map avalanche hazards in nine areas and flood hazards in four watercourses in Rendalen. Undertake data review, site inspections, analyses and modelling, and deliver reports and usable maps and GIS documentation for municipal planning and preparedness.

Provide property valuation and related services, including detailed analysis of buildings and sites, portfolio valuations, updates to previous valuations, condition analyses and consultancy.

Inspect and maintain sprinkler installations, associated fire installations and manual extinguishing systems for Vestre Viken HF. Includes an option to supply new extinguishers, fire hoses and sprinkler equipment for all locations.

Provide annual servicing and maintenance of ventilation systems, heat pumps and fixed dehumidifiers at water and wastewater facilities in Bergen and Bjørnafjorden, including filters, minor repairs, replacement parts and service reporting. Perform approved additional troubleshooting, repairs, installations and related equipment or parts supply at offered hourly rates or mark-ups.

Deliver small-to-medium site works primarily in Trondheim, covering water and wastewater infrastructure, roads, sanitation, and potentially urban and green areas. Work may include new installations, renewals, repairs, road and public-space improvements, and vegetation or area restoration; the authority intends parallel agreements with 3–4 contractors.

Provide a proposed resource for cost estimation, calculation, cost control or financial advisory services in the early phase, planning or development of building and construction projects. The resource must have at least 10 years of relevant construction experience, including at least five years in these services during the last seven years.

Provide the client’s representative for construction projects, including technical/ITB coordination and SHA (safety, health and working environment) coordination.

Lease a site office facility at Evenes Air Station to provide office accommodation for Forsvarsbygg's Project and Development Department personnel in connection with development of the air station.
