The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the procurement of interactive screens and closely connected equipment and services for teaching rooms. The agreement shall give users a uniform and intuitive system, while allowing customers to choose the right product type and size for each room.

Purchase and leasing (operational) of official vehicles, vehicle administration with travel log and fleet management (option). Includes electronic logbook, real time tracing, driver follow-up, and overview of service intervals.

Mobile data for tactical use, Nationwide Military Network Disc (mil. Slice), Military Coverage Extension (5G-MDF) provided as a service, Administration and Self-Service, Infrastructure and Technical Operations. The services shall support digitalisation of work processes and be technically and operatively robust in stand-by, crisis and war.

Procurement and assembly of meeting room equipment and AV equipment, including monitors, projectors, control units, cabling, disassembly and equipment management. Waste management (safe collection, sorting and recycling of electronic waste, as well as embalage etc.). Necessary additional equipment and services. Service, support and maintenance of equipment delivered by the tenderer in this contract. Consultancy related to design, system, installation, maintenance, improvements, further development, phasing/disposal etc. The procurement shall also include advice and guidance for call-offs/orders for this contract.

The DIO shall cover all needs related to technical stage assistance, but the primary event will be Arendalsuka. Arendal municipality will be able to use this agreement for other events where there is a need for technical assistance. The scope concerns technical assistance for production of stage content and lectures during Arendalsuka, among other things. This includes technical coordination, technical equipment and technical manpower. Arendalsuka's own stages are largely hired out to different actors, so the offered technical personnel must also be able to function as a good representative of Arendal municipality. Concerns a high degree of service, stretches longer than just its discipline, and takes one overall responsibility for seamless liquidation. This contract involves sound, lighting and stage, and in some cases also AV technical systems.

Dynamic purchasing system for goods and services related to data centre. Includes rack, servers, blade boxes, hyper converged systems, storage units, back-up systems, routers, network equipment, network cables, firewalls, load balancers, database, appliance boxes, software for operating server rooms, power systems (UPS, PDU), refrigeration systems, sensors (water, humidity, temperature), and other monitoring equipment suitable for server rooms. Also includes assistance, support, assembly/installation of components and modules procured from the scheme.

Utbildningstjenester for alternative treningsarenaer for elever på grunnskole- og ungdomsskolenivå i Trondheim kommune. Tjenester inkluderer aktiviteter som musikk, dans, seiling, dykking, hestesport, samt rekreasjonelle, kulturelle og idrettslige tjenester for å styrke elevenes tillit, relasjonelle kompetanse og mestringstro.
