TII are seeking to procure an Enforcement Service Provider (the "ESP") to provide a range of services relating to the recovery of unpaid tolls, fines and fees charged for the use of tolled facilities within Ireland. The main service performance requirements are expected to be, but are not limited to, the following: • Establishing and implementing accurate and reconcilable business processes to accredited quality management standards; • Have available and reliable service provision delivered to specified performance levels; • Have secure business processes including having all systems and communications protected against internal and external security threats, fraud and cybercrime; • Have integrated systems with eFlow Operator to enable 2-way interface on all customer transactions; • Comprehensive and flexible reporting procedures; and • Compliance with all relevant legislation (e.g. including Data Protection/GDPR) and relevant standards (e.g. PCI-DSS, relevant ISO Standards)

Consultancy Services to prepare a Strategic Assessment and Preliminary Business Case in relation to the provision of Irish-language based early-years (Naíonra) facilities in Dún Gar

IReL (Irish Research eLibrary) is a nationally funded e-resource licensing Consortium providing access to leading Science Technology and Medicine (STM) and Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) resources on behalf of participating Irish publicly funded higher education institutions (IReL Members). IReL member libraries require a Document Delivery Service (DDS) to supplement their existing e-resource collections by allowing users to access and read content which is not currently subscribed.

Facilities Management services

LCETB require the services of a recruitment agency to supply agency personnel on a temporary basis to supplement its core staff as and when required. These services will be provided to schools, offices and education centres under the remit of LCETB across counties Limerick and Clare.

The Services comprise Security Services (excluding Static Guarding) and Maintenance Services for Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting and/or Electronic Security Systems for Saint John of God Community Services regions in Leinster.

The successful Tenderer must design and administer in consultation with the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, an effective, efficient and fair recruitment and selection process for the Department, in line with the Commission for Public Service Code of Practice for appointments to positions in the Civil and Public Service. This will involve developing and implementing, to completion, recruitment campaigns for a number of posts throughout the duration of the contract. These campaigns are expected to produce a number of appointees to an agreed standard within the timeframes set by the Department.

The provision of temporary CCTV and related Services for outdoor Special Events and VIP Visits as a Managed Service. The Contracting Authority will require the successful Tenderer to have the ability to provide services they are tendering for within short notice i.e. 48 hours. The Contracting Authority will establish a single-supplier framework for the provision of the following services individually or in combination to support policing operations during special events (including VIP visits): • The provision of CCTV Services (including the provision, installation and maintenance of cameras, video links, and a video evidence management solution); • The provision of a communications vehicle (or vehicles) with equipment necessary to provide control room functionality and to support incident management); • The provision of large (outdoor) video displays; and, • The provision of a public announcement (“PA”) system (or systems). The successful Tenderer will be responsible for sourcing and providing the equipment listed above along with the provision of ancillary services and equipment necessary to provide the equipment above as a managed service.
