Manage, further develop, customise, troubleshoot, maintain and optimise SharePoint Server solutions. Support development and optimisation of SharePoint Online and hybrid SharePoint solutions; Forsvarsbygg operates the underlying infrastructure.

Provide a contact centre system for customer dialogue and case handling for Troms public transport and mobility services. The procurement covers the system and accompanying digital services.

Provide consultancy services to the Directorate of Cultural Heritage in IT services, project management and business development through a framework agreement with up to three providers.
