Design and build a swimming pool at Castlelands, Balbriggan, using an above-ground pool approach.

Provide BIM Manager consultancy services for Kildare County Council’s social housing scheme at Main Street, Sallins, under PW-CF2.

Provide an architect-led multidisciplinary team for redevelopment of 22 Lady Lane, including conservation architecture, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, quantity surveying and building energy consultancy.

Carry out preliminary site investigations for the proposed Main Street social housing development in Ballymore Eustace, County Kildare.

Upgrade the school’s electrical installation, including new main and sub-distribution boards, mains cables, cable trays, general services, small-power installations, dado trunking and lighting.

Manage and deliver projects to refurbish existing school spaces for special educational needs (SEN) or provide modular SEN or mainstream classrooms and ancillary space, including associated site works. Services include site assessment, identifying constraints and risks, order-of-magnitude costing, design, procurement and construction supervision, with workstreams tailored to refurbishment or modular delivery.

Deliver roadworks, public realm improvements, cycle track works and other engineering works in live city and suburban environments. Individual contracts may use PW-CF3 or PW-CF5 forms.

Carry out CAT6 toilet-facility works at Killocrim National School to address sewer backups and wastewater treatment plant overflow. Install a foul wastewater pump to discharge school effluent to the Uisce Éireann wastewater treatment plant; on-site effluent management is not feasible.

Provide outsourced health, safety and welfare services for SEAI staff, contractors and visitors in office and home-working settings. Manage and continuously extend SEAI’s health, safety and welfare programme, and ensure managers and staff are safe and appropriately trained.

Procure and manage site surveys and investigations to assess remediation needed to prepare the former Newbridge Machinery Yard for development, including order-of-cost estimates. Prepare planning documentation for site clearance and works tender documents, and supervise remediation works.
