Facilities Management services

LCETB require the services of a recruitment agency to supply agency personnel on a temporary basis to supplement its core staff as and when required. These services will be provided to schools, offices and education centres under the remit of LCETB across counties Limerick and Clare.

The Services comprise Security Services (excluding Static Guarding) and Maintenance Services for Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting and/or Electronic Security Systems for Saint John of God Community Services regions in Leinster.

The successful Tenderer must design and administer in consultation with the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, an effective, efficient and fair recruitment and selection process for the Department, in line with the Commission for Public Service Code of Practice for appointments to positions in the Civil and Public Service. This will involve developing and implementing, to completion, recruitment campaigns for a number of posts throughout the duration of the contract. These campaigns are expected to produce a number of appointees to an agreed standard within the timeframes set by the Department.

The provision of temporary CCTV and related Services for outdoor Special Events and VIP Visits as a Managed Service. The Contracting Authority will require the successful Tenderer to have the ability to provide services they are tendering for within short notice i.e. 48 hours. The Contracting Authority will establish a single-supplier framework for the provision of the following services individually or in combination to support policing operations during special events (including VIP visits): • The provision of CCTV Services (including the provision, installation and maintenance of cameras, video links, and a video evidence management solution); • The provision of a communications vehicle (or vehicles) with equipment necessary to provide control room functionality and to support incident management); • The provision of large (outdoor) video displays; and, • The provision of a public announcement (“PA”) system (or systems). The successful Tenderer will be responsible for sourcing and providing the equipment listed above along with the provision of ancillary services and equipment necessary to provide the equipment above as a managed service.

NMBI wishes to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Fitness to Practise Legal Services. The primary role of the legal firm(s) engaged under this procurement process will be to prepare and present cases on behalf of the CEO with respect to registrants who have been referred to inquiry. The responsibilities will also include liaison and collaboration with all participants in the inquiry process (complainants, factual and expert witnesses, registrants, their legal counsel and the Contracting Authority staff). The legal firm will oversee and guide the progression of an inquiry to a timely conclusion. Following an inquiry where a sanction is recommended and subsequently imposed on a registrant by the Board, the legal firm will be responsible for seeking High Court Confirmation of sanction where required in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives Act 2011.

Leadership, Culture and Organisational Capability Services to support the delivery of ESB's Culture and Capability Strategy. The Framework Agreement will provide access to expert service providers to support the co-design, development, deployment and ongoing evolution of Culture and Capability initiatives across ESB. The proposed scope includes the following service areas: Employee and Manager Capability Development, Leadership Development, Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Management, Digital, Data and AI, Organisation Development, Change Management, Culture and Future of Work.

The HRB's mission is to support research that improves people's health, promotes evidence-informed care and creates solutions to societal challenges. The scope of the Framework Agreement is for the provision of agency workers to the Client to fill certain temporary resource requirements.
