Supply electricity at spot price with a mark-up, including physical power procurement. Provide training on reports and the web portal, together with reporting services and portal access.

Provide seasonal winter maintenance on the access road to Brunkollen, including snow ploughing, gritting and filling of coats. Standby runs from 15 October, with snow clearing and gritting from 15 October to 15 April each season.

Provide engineering design services for the Trondenesveien foot and cycle path, covering the route between Hagebyveien and the last exit before Trondenes Church, plus a section toward Festningsveien. The scope includes construction-period follow-up as needed; an option also covers public-transport measures on county road 848 south of central Harstad.

Provide sludge emptying, pipe flushing and filming services under a framework agreement. Volumes depend on the municipality’s budget, activities and other framework factors.

Provide regular, periodic and on-demand cleaning at Helgeland District Court premises in Brønnøysund, Mo i Rana and Sandnessjøen. Procure and replenish some consumables and hygiene articles.

Provide pest control services in and around municipal buildings and in municipal sewer pipes under a joint framework agreement for Nordre Follo and the Follo municipalities. Include preventive measures, responses to specific assignments and acute incidents, and professionally justified rat control with limited chemical use and attention to environmental protection and traceable documentation.

Operate and maintain UiB’s outdoor areas through green-area care and site gardening, plus winter maintenance. Bids may cover either or both service areas.

Raise, remove, transport and properly destroy the shipwrecks listed in Annex 3. Additional recovery, transport and destruction at Lislebyveien 115A and Lislebystranda are options.

Carry out pipe inspections, flushing and sludge suction for acute and planned assignments. Provide reporting and documentation in Gemini VA or an equivalent system, in accordance with Norwegian Water Report A234 (2018).

Supply chemicals and associated consumables for use in the contracting authority’s laboratories for teaching and research. The framework agreement may be awarded to one or several suppliers.
