Provide preventive pest control, periodic inspections and emergency call-outs for municipal buildings, outdoor areas and technical infrastructure. Assess infestations, implement appropriate measures, supply traps and bait stations, report each assignment, and recommend prevention and maintain site histories.

Provide a framework service for sludge emptying, pipe flushing and filming, mainly within Sørreisa municipality and neighbouring municipalities. Work volumes depend on the authority’s budget, activities and other framework factors.

Provide architectural client-advisory services for the Mjøsa Hospital project, supporting development through the preliminary project phase and any subsequent project phases. Contribute expertise and working methods aligned with the project’s strategic objectives.

Transport ready hygienised sludge from the Remmendalen sewage treatment plant and temporary storage at Rokke Waste Facility to final users. Ensure reliable, sustainable use of the sludge throughout the contract.

Supply low-sulphur fuel oil and bio-based liquid energy products under a single-supplier framework agreement to meet the buyer’s energy needs. Estimated annual volumes are B100 0–1,000 thousand litres, HVO100 0–900 thousand litres and fuel oil 0–600 thousand litres.

Provide winter road operations in Lot 5, including snow and ice removal, planing, stinging and gritting.

Provide storage capacity and operate Haugesund municipality’s assistive-aid stores, including receipt and storage of municipal and NAV aids. Maintain and repair aids, and deliver and collect them from users, institutions and municipal locations.

Provide GIS analysis consultancy to meet the Environment Agency’s GIS competence and capacity needs under a framework agreement.

Investigate avalanche hazards in steep terrain in line with TEK17 and NVE guidance, covering avalanches, mudslides, rockfall, landslides and flood avalanches. Provide independent quality assurance of these investigations and potentially other avalanche hazard assessments; assignments must be deliverable nationwide.

Provide scheduled internal and external window cleaning at municipal schools, nurseries, care and health buildings, administration premises and other buildings. Plan and coordinate safe work to minimize disruption, and respond to possible extra Town Hall ground-floor cleaning orders within one week.
