Provide annual servicing and maintenance of ventilation systems, heat pumps and fixed dehumidifiers at water and wastewater facilities in Bergen and Bjørnafjorden, including filters, minor repairs, replacement parts and service reporting. In connection with project no. 1263101 (UiO HSH Facade Rehabilitation), Statsbygg invites tenders for the design-build contract K202 Ventilation Units. This design-build contract (K202) primarily entails replacing existing ventilation units with new ones in the rooftop plant room. Additionally, related technical installations will be upgraded. This design-build contract (K202 Ventilation Units) will be assigned to the main design-build contractor responsible for the facade rehabilitation (K201 Facade Rehabilitation). Installation and commissioning of the new ventilation units are scheduled for the summer of 2027, taking advantage of the university's low activity level during the May–August period. The contract includes the following options: Option 1: New supply riser to the rooftop plant room; Option 2: Cleaning of ventilation ducts.

The framework agreement shall cover fire alarm systems (including alarm organisation) and emergency lighting and escape route guidance systems in connection with urgent remedial works, planned maintenance works and minor rehabilitation projects. Properties may be added to or removed from the framework agreement during the contract period. Reasons for this may include new construction, rehabilitation and demolition. New systems added to the framework agreement shall be subject to the same terms and conditions. Framework agreement suppliers will be assigned a fixed portfolio. However, this may be adjusted in response to changes in the needs of both the contracting authority and the supplier.

Operation and maintenance of the road network and urban areas in the centre of Oslo. Contract works include cleaning and handling waste, draining, patching asphalt holes, gritting, snow clearing and removing snow. Minor maintenance work such as replacing edge stones, repairing damaged or worn speed bumps and replacing damaged drains. Duty scheme and stand-by contract for unforeseen events. Minor investment measures including crossing tensioning, establishing of new speed bumps, pruning along the pavement, upgrading/asphalting/maintaining stretches with walking and cycle paths.

The procurement concerns the purchase of outdoor lighting equipment and accompanying services. The Contracting Authority needs a flexible procurement scheme for the purchase of different types of outdoor lighting systems for use in, among other things, parks, squares, urban areas, sports facilities, historical environments, cultural environments, recreation areas, facades and other public or private outdoor areas. The DPS includes, among other things, but not limited to: decorative lighting, park and landscape lighting, squares and urban lighting, sports floodlights, area lighting and space lighting, architectural lighting and facade lighting, historical and culturally adapted lighting, special lighting for special purposes, masts, foundations, suspension and fixing systems, control and control systems, sensors and accompanying components, spare parts and accessories. The DPS also includes the accompanying services, including, for example, but not limited to: light calculations, lighting planning and engineering design assistance, programming and configuration of control systems, commissioning and testing, documentation and O&M deliveries, training, service and maintenance services, technical advice and assistance.

Operational and maintenance assignments, with independent responsibility for some of the assignments, on county roads and county foot/cycle paths with associated side facilities, side areas, equipment and installations in contract area 3406 Solør 2027-2033. The assignment mainly comprises routine operational assignments and maintenance assignments on the road network. The assignment also includes inspections, inspections and registration, planning of the company, stand-by as well as winter operations and general traffic management, documentation, reporting to the builder, information to the public and handling other assignments necessary for operation and maintenance of the road network.
