Dynamic purchasing scheme for the procurement and operational leasing of light vehicles and minibuses. Light vehicles means vehicles under 3.5 tonnes, mainly passenger cars and goods vans, as well as mini buses with up to 17 seats. The contracting authority would like a scheme that shall cover the need for self-transport, as well as safeguard regional and local guidelines in order to reduce climate and environmental impact. The contracting authority would like the future fleet to be turned towards becoming significantly more climate-friendly and environmentally friendly and in the long term only consist of fossil free vehicles. Tenderers are required to have the delivery of vehicles and workshops in the contracting authority's local area. The vehicles that will be procured are primarily, but not limited to: Passenger vehicle, Multi-purpose vehicle (up to 9 seats), Goods vans (all types including pick-up, under 3.5 tons), Minibus (up to 17 seats).

Ullensvang municipality shall enter into a contract for the procurement of a new harbour boat, which shall be delivered to the current stand-by requirements and shall be operated by transport and emergency along the sea road. The boat is scheduled to enter the regional emergency structure in Hardanger, including the aim of being able to be used by other public actors. The vessel is intended as a multi-purpose resource that will cover several municipal contractors, such as ISPS control, harbour inspections, infrastructure, landslide and inspections.

The DPS includes, among other things, but not limited to: decorative lighting, park and landscape lighting, squares and urban lighting, sports floodlights, area lighting and space lighting, architectural lighting and facade lighting, historical and culturally adapted lighting, special lighting for special purposes, masts, foundations, suspension and fixing systems, control and control systems, sensors and accompanying components, spare parts and accessories. The DPS also includes the accompanying services, including, for example, but not limited to: light calculations, lighting planning and engineering design assistance, programming and configuration of control systems, commissioning and testing, documentation and O&M deliveries, training, service and maintenance services, technical advice and assistance.

Procurement of passenger cars and goods vans under 3.5 tons, including service and follow-up. The tenderer must be an authorised branded dealer with a workshop approved by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
