Provide ICT managed services through a reliable, secure and compliant service model, combining on-site and remote support to operate the contracting entity’s information and technology environment.

Provide a cloud-hosted accreditation and certification management software platform for the University of Limerick Business School, including associated services.

Supply, implement and support a dock-door management, messaging and final-mile delivery system for the New Children's Hospital. Functions include dock scheduling, delivery tracking, automated goods identification and routing, returns recording, AGV workflow integration and communication with end users.

Provide support, maintenance and development for the HSE FingerPrint Track and Trace system, which records decontamination and sterilisation processes for theatre tray sets and endoscopes. Support the existing multi-site, on-premises Citrix and Microsoft SQL infrastructure used across HSE-funded organisations.

Provide the Cornerstone platform and required content subscription, including platform and content support and maintenance.

Provide an external Data Protection Officer and GDPR consultancy, including strategic advice, operational support, compliance monitoring, governance reporting, risk support and staff guidance.

Provide ongoing hosting, maintenance, optimisation, support and development for Skillnet Ireland’s website ecosystem. Work collaboratively to keep the website an effective communications platform, stakeholder engagement tool and gateway to its supports and services.

Provide senior business consultancy to support TG4’s management team, with knowledge of the television broadcasting industry. Services are expected to total approximately 60 days per year, spread across the year.
