Supply a cloud-based electronic health record for Senja’s municipal medical service and the intermunicipal emergency doctor surgery. Fully replace the existing system and migrate existing patient-record data.

Deliver a fee management system covering all municipal charges, including establishment, implementation, data migration, integrations and training. Holmestrand municipality has an option to join the contract.

Supply equipment, consumables and production services for standardised physical and digital labels identifying healthcare locations and equipment using GS1 standards. Provide systems for local and high-volume production, potentially including software, integrations, NFC/RFID encoding equipment, training, support, maintenance and documentation; jointly establish standard label specifications.

Provide a modern, cloud-based, system-independent system to support uniform and efficient handling of incoming mail across six municipalities. The system should reduce manual processing and consolidate workflows across channels and systems.

Supply and operate a cloud-based SaaS system to manage Oslo’s technical base map, plan register, property/land register and property surveying data, replacing locally operated desktop systems. The system must support statutory work, efficient processes and reliable data flows, meet information-security and privacy needs, and include implementation, management, support and further development.

Establish, operate and maintain a SaaS self-recovery system to support correct and effective collection of municipal claims in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Includes limited implementation assistance and training for ICT Agder, six municipalities and Agder County, with options for other municipalities to join later.

Provide assistance to move the Election Directorate from DSB’s shared Microsoft 365 tenant to a separate tenant, clearly separating identities, devices and data.

Provide IT operational services for Nettalliansen’s owner companies, including Microsoft Office 365 support applications, licence handling, a single point of contact service and IT security. Network operation is an option.

Supply a procurement tool and contract administration tool with associated functionality. Includes an establishment project and ongoing SaaS operation.

Supply and operate a complete cloud-based electronic patient record system for Vardø’s municipal nursing and care services, excluding doctor and emergency doctor services and the health centre. Scope includes functions, integrations, maintenance, support, training, migration and ongoing development for the full service workflow.
