Provide a contact centre system for customer dialogue and case handling for Troms public transport and mobility services. The procurement covers the system and accompanying digital services.

Provide welfare and independent-living technology as ongoing services for residents and staff in homes, institutions and assisted-living facilities. The supplier is responsible for the integrated solution, including an integration platform, monitoring, support and operations; components may also be purchased, and response-centre alert handling may be included. User emergency follow-up is excluded.

Provide consultancy services to the Directorate of Cultural Heritage in IT services, project management and business development through a framework agreement with up to three providers.
