Contract for Service to develop a nature restoration framework, ensuring complementarity with existing land use programmes, including the Common Agriculture Policy (CAP)
●Department of Housing Local Government and Heritage
●Department of Housing Local Government and Heritage
This CfT seeks a suitably qualified contractor to develop a nature restoration framework for studying how a new, predominantly state-funded approach, administered by an entity/Department other than the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM), could provide genuine additionality to relevant current land use policies and programmes, e.g. CAP. How should a new framework to support nature restoration and conservation be designed, structured, and administered to provide genuine additionality and complementarity to the Common Agricultural Policy 2028-2034, and other relevant national funding streams, while ensuring seamless delivery for farmers and public and private landowners whilst safeguarding public and European funding accountability.

●Dublin City Council
The Contracting Authority, Dublin City Council, intends to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement with a Integrated Design Team to deliver planning, engineering, environmental, stakeholder engagement and other specialist consultancy services for the Clontarf Flood Defence and Public Realm Project (CFDPRP). The Project is located along the Clontarf waterfront in Dublin and encompasses a highly sensitive coastal environment adjoining designated European sites, including Special Areas of Conservation (SAC) and Special Protection Areas (SPA). The Project has been initiated to address existing and future coastal and surface water flood risks while delivering a coordinated programme of public realm enhancement, active travel improvements and environmental benefits. The scheme shall be developed through an integrated design approach that balances flood resilience, climate adaptation, biodiversity, heritage, placemaking, sustainable mobility, environmental protection and stakeholder aspirations. The initial call-off contract under the Framework will require the successful Applicant to undertake all services necessary to develop the Project from commencement through option identification, scheme development, environmental assessment, statutory consent processes and detailed design. This shall include the preparation of all technical studies, surveys, modelling, assessments, reports, designs and application documentation required to secure the necessary approvals and to progress the Project to a stage suitable for procurement and construction. The Framework Agreement may subsequently be utilised by the Contracting Authority to procure additional related services, including procurement support, construction-stage services, post-consent services and other specialist consultancy services associated with the delivery of the Project. The successful Applicant shall be required to develop a fully integrated and coordinated scheme that delivers flood protection, surface water management, active travel and public realm objectives within a single coherent design solution that is environmentally sensitive, climate resilient and appropriate to the strategic importance of the Clontarf waterfront.

Green Capital Grant - Technical Assessments
●IDA Ireland
●IDA Ireland
IDA Ireland supports eligible client sustainability investments through its Green Capital programme. As part of IDA Ireland's investment approval process for Green Capital projects, an independent technical assessment is required to review the technical basis of each project and to validate or re-quantify its expected environmental impact. To date, technical assessments have been completed by a number of different assessors. As the volume and range of Green Capital investments increase, IDA Ireland requires a more consistent and scalable framework to support these technical reviews. IDA Ireland is seeking to appoint one service provider with the capability to manage and deliver all IDA Green Capital Technical Assessment services covered by this RFT. These will cover pre-investment technical assessments and post-investment Measurement and Verification (M and V) assessments.
