Construct a new pedestrian and cyclist gateway connection to the Sport Ireland Campus via the Tolka Gateway route, including pathway upgrades, underground utilities, drainage, public lighting, CCTV, retaining structures, site access and associated civil and electrical engineering works.

Establish a single-supplier framework for the phased supply, delivery, installation and support of an enterprise-grade campus sensing solution. The initial call-off covers anonymous occupancy and space-utilisation sensing in timetabled teaching spaces. The solution must integrate with Trinity College Dublin’s existing enterprise network and information systems. At the authority’s discretion and subject to budget, later call-offs may cover building occupancy, environmental and energy/sub-metering sensing.

Provide high-throughput transient antibody production and characterisation services for an active discovery programme. Research-use only; GMP manufacture is not required. Demonstrate data integrity practices aligned with 21 CFR Part 11 principles where reasonably achievable.

Establish and operate a single-party framework for a GIS mapping solution, providing support, development, maintenance and associated services for current and future requirements. Scope includes GIS infrastructure, ArcGIS platform support, data management, accessibility, integration, analytics, governance and ongoing operational support.

Appointment of a main contractor to construct two two-bay fire stations, including office, training and welfare facilities, at Baltinglass and Dunlavin, County Wicklow.

Extend and alter Fahy National School to provide additional mainstream and special needs accommodation, complete ancillary siteworks and services, provide a temporary construction access onto the public road, and upgrade the existing proprietary effluent treatment system.

Maintenance, repair, inspection, testing, certification and associated support services for CRC hoisting and care equipment, including overhead and mobile hoists, changing tables, pool hoists, shower trolleys and weighing devices. Supply spare parts and replacement components where required.

Construct a new town-centre public realm, including cobblestone footpaths and paved areas; strengthened and resurfaced road carriageways; landscaping and street trees; stormwater drainage and nature-based sustainable urban drainage; undergrounding overhead utilities; standalone public lighting; street furniture; bus stops with shelters; signage and road markings; and five zebra crossings (three Type A and two Type B).

Specialist design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, establishment and aftercare of a hybrid stitched natural grass pitch and complete irrigation system at Dalymount Park. The appointed specialist is intended to be novated to the Works Contractor appointed under PW-CF1.
