Supply and install approximately 30,000 m² of mineral wool system ceilings throughout the somatic base, including suspended ceilings with visible or concealed fixings, sound-insulating and hygienic ceiling systems, unistrut systems with mineral wool and hygienic panels, and GMP ceilings in the pharmacy.

Supply plastic waste containers in 140, 240, 360 and 660 litre sizes, containers for hazardous waste, and food-waste baskets.

Install metal system and specialist ceilings throughout the New Aker somatic building, including aluminium screens, stone-wool and wood-wool cement ceilings, insulation and acoustic cushioning with hygiene requirements.

Supply barracks for use during flood-protection works in central Nesbyen, primarily for the construction organisation’s offices. The facility must include office, meeting and shared areas and remain functional, presentable and of a good standard throughout the hire period.

Provide passive fireproofing services and associated materials to meet operational, maintenance and building development needs at Levanger Hospital.

Replace four clean transport lifts at junctions 10 and 11 in the transport facility at Haukeland Hospital. Integrate the lifts into the existing AWT automation and control system, and deliver them tested and ready for normal operation. The procurement also includes an option for six additional lifts.

Hire scaffolding for annual revision outages, unforeseen outages and other work at Returkraft. Scaffolding is needed to clean and inspect the boiler internally and to support boiler repairs.

Supply keys, fittings and locking materials, including parts and equipment for lock systems. Replace, repair and maintain lockboxes, lock systems and door automation in the municipality’s buildings.

Renovate and reinforce parts of the underground car park’s supporting system, including columns, consoles and column tops. Works include membrane and damp-proofing repairs, local concrete repairs, fire insulation and measures to limit further deterioration. The garage must remain fully operational during construction.
