Design and Build of Enabling Works at the DART+ and MetroLink Interface at Glasnevin, Dublin, to facilitate the construction of MetroLink. Includes detailed design and construction of key enabling works such as site preparation, demolition, excavation, earthmoving, drainage, railway construction works, and associated civil engineering tasks.

Construction of a new two-storey multi-purpose tertiary education building extension to the North-East of the existing Drogheda Institute of Further Education school building, phased construction over two phases including all associated services, drainage, landscaping and siteworks.

To design improved access infrastructure to 22no sluices (non-return valves) located within the Monaghan Blackwater Arterial Drainage Flood Relief Scheme in Co. Monaghan.

Installation, reinstatement and repair of Campus landscape hard works including paving/kerbing, traffic management, fencing, bollards, seating, bicycle racks, signage, gates, excavation, trench work, repair of underground services, construction of access chambers, slabs, mini-pillars, sourcing materials, and assistance with top soiling and grading.

Construction of a new Community Sports and Recreational Hall including site preliminaries, substructure works, steel portal frame erection, roofing panels, external block wall construction, internal wall finishes, installation of hollow core slabs, structural screed, floating solid timber gymnasium floor, electrical and plumbing services, windows, doors, and external hard landscaping.

Multi-party Qualification System for Civil Engineering Works associated with the upgrading of the railway infrastructure and other related works. Examples include maintenance of over/underbridges, construction of new railway underbridges or overbridges, alterations to existing structures, coastal defence works, waterproofing, construction of footbridges, car parks, bridge widening/replacement, embankment/cutting works, construction of roads, earthworks, drainage, demolition of railway structures, foundation works, ground engineering, and associated temporary works.
