The Contracting Entity intends to procure a single party Framework Agreement for services to inspect and maintain fire extinguishers and fire detection and alarm systems in High Voltage substations. Will include annual site visits, checking of systems as required and maintenance / supply or refilling of fire extinguishers, repair and disposal of fire extinguishers as required. Annual testing/certification of fire detection and alarm system. This will predominately be a services framework agreement with a small element of it being works related.

The Works involves rehabilitation works to 12 bridges carrying Regional and Local roads over various water courses in County Westmeath.

The contract covers planned preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, monitoring support and 24-hour emergency response for security alarm and CCTV systems located across Dublin Bus depots, offices and operational facilities. The successful contractor will be required to provide planned maintenance, emergency call-out services, system testing, reporting and documentation.

Construction of a two-storey extension to the northwest side of St. Clare's National School, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan, comprising two mainstream classrooms with ensuite facilities, a Special Education Teaching (SET) room, office, storage room, and wheelchair accessible WC. The project also includes the creation of a new secondary entrance to the rear of the site, together with associated landscaping, drainage works, and all ancillary site development works at St. Clare's National School, Virginia Road, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan, A82, XN67 on behalf of the Board of Management of St. Clare's National School.
