Glenveagh National Park require a 8x8 wheeled amphibious vehicle to allow a means of access to remote areas that are difficult to access, and providing a safe means of travel for staff working in those areas. Provision of Consultancy Services to Revenue (National VRT Service) in respect of the Valuation of Motor Vehicles and other Related Services. The successful Tenderer will be required to provide opinions of the Open Market Selling Price (OMSP) of motor vehicles (i.e. the price, inclusive of all taxes and duties, which motor vehicles might reasonably be expected to fetch on a first arm's length sale thereof in this State by retail) and technical advice in respect of motor vehicles. The successful tenderer will be expected to have; Significant expertise in the valuation of motor vehicles in Ireland. Expertise in the valuation of used vehicles imported from the UK, Japan and other jurisdictions is particularly important. Specialist expertise in the full spectrum of electric, hybrid and electric hybrid vehicles. The successful Tenderer will undertake the physical examination of vehicle(s), at the request of Revenue.

Limerick City Centre is undergoing a holistic change in the way that it manages its commuter traffic. The way in which commuters can use the road network within the city centre is being changed with the introduction of viable alternatives to the traditional car centric philosophies of the past. Enhancements through the introduction of Active travel infrastructure and future plans with respect to LSMATs and Bus connects projects will provide commuters with real viable alternatives when travelling to and from the City centre. The Mayoral program, supported by the Draft Limerick City Centre Transport Plan has the potential to enact further change in the way the city is viewed from a commuter perspective. Limerick City and County Council are aware that the proposed changes will create a number of opportunities and challenges for commuters, with one such challenge being the change to existing on street parking. It is the intention of this appointment to develop a parking strategy that will provide Limerick City and County Council a clear philosophy in the management of the existing and projected on street parking in the short, medium and long term as the projects outlined above come to fruition.
