The procurement is for a framework agreement for the delivery of helicopter services. The helicopter services are requested to be carried out in 4 geographical areas; Hordaland (south of Sognefjorden), Rogaland, Sogn og Fjordane (north of Sognefjorden), and Møre og Romsdal. Emphasis is put on the fact that these areas state the contracting authority ́s primary need, but that in the contract period there can also be a need for equivalent services in other parts of Western Norway. The contracting authority intends to enter into contracts with up to four (4) tenderers per geographical area and reserves the right to enter into contracts with fewer tenderers if there is not a sufficient number of tenders that fulfil the competition ́s requirements and terms. The volume distribution between the areas can vary. Most of the assignments are expected to be carried out with small/medium sized helicopters. Purchasing power West is not currently aware of assignments that require a large helicopter (+ 3,000 kg), but it is subject to acute incidents/situations where needed. Unforeseen assignments will mostly be assistance in various operational situations, including errors in power installations and pipelines. In order to ensure that the helicopter is as accessible as possible in such situations, it is a requirement that the helicopter company has available helicopters in Western Norway. This means that in the event of acute needs/events, a helicopter will be required to meet at the agreed time. The contracting authority emphasises that the planned entity for the coming seasons is subject to uncertainty and that the stated estimated contract value in point 1.3 is based on historical values. In addition it must be expected that there may be a need for flights connected to unforeseen assignments beyond the planned activity. This is the qualification phase of the competition.

La prestation comprend : • le transport de personnes dans le Piémont (aller-retour) principalement au départ de Turin mais également à partir de lieux qui seront définis au fur et à mesure selon les nécessités ; • le transport de personnes vers la Savoie (aller-retour) principalement au départ de Turin mais également à partir de lieux qui seront définis au fur et à mesure selon les nécessités ; • le transport de personnes vers la région Rhône-Alpes (aller-retour) principalement au départ de Turin mais également à partir de lieux qui seront définis au fur et à mesure selon les nécessités ; • le transport de personnes vers d'autres villes italiennes, françaises ou européennes principalement au départ de Turin mais également à partir de lieux qui seront définis au fur et à mesure selon les nécessités.

Het vervoer van leerlingen van en naar het zwembad: vaste ritten die ingepland zullen worden (Hierbij dient rekening gehouden worden met het gegeven dat het zwembadvervoer op dit moment nog vastligt tot en met 30 juni 2028). Losse (school)ritten en uitstappen. Busvervoer schoolvoorstellingen. Leerlingenvervoer buitenschoolse kinderopvang: vaste ritten die ingepland zullen worden.

Ale kommun upphandlar bussresor med chaufför för Ale kommuns alla förvaltningar. Beställningar kommer främst att göras av skolorna. Upphandlingen avser inte skolskjuts.

Buszos személyszállítási szolgáltatás: 21 db többnapos külföldi buszos utazás. Összes tervezett km: 25.400 km. A teljesítés során használt autóbuszok kora nem lehet több, mint 13 év. A Vállalkozónak rendelkeznie kell autóbusszal díj ellenében végzett személyszállításra vonatkozó engedéllyel, forgalmi rendszám szerinti engedélykivonatokkal, kötelező gépjármű-felelősségbiztosítással, legalább 1 fő érvényes D kategóriás vezetői engedéllyel és Gépjárművezetői Képesítési Igazolvánnyal rendelkező buszsofőrrel, valamint szolgáltatói felelősségbiztosítással (legalább 1 millió Ft/kár és 3 millió Ft/év limit).
