Gestion et exploitation d'une crèche d'une capacité de 50 places, située 17 rue Eugénie-Carmignat à Bois-Colombes. Les missions concédées sont relatives au fonctionnement de la crèche « A Petits Pas ». Périodes d'ouverture : Lundi au vendredi de 7h30 à 18h30, sur au moins 48 semaines par année civile. Capacité d'accueil : 50 places pour des enfants âgés de 2 mois à 4 ans. Fermeture annuelle : 4 semaines maximum par an.

Doelgroep: personen met uitkering (Participatiewet/WW) of inwoners in dreigende bijstandsbehoeftige omstandigheden met intentie om te starten. Omvang: indicatief 20 trajecten per jaar.

The DIO concerns the purchase of services connected to the purchase of BPA services. The contracting authority reserves the right to hold a dialogue through negotiations with one or several of the tenderers who submit a tender in the competition. The negotiations could apply to all sides of the tenders. The selection of who will be negotiated will be made after an assessment of the award criteria. Negotiations will not be carried out if the contracting authority, after the tenders have been received, considers that negotiations are not appropriate. Dialogue in the form of corrections/clarifications will be carried out if needed.
