The Services comprise the necessary regulatory services to underpin Phase 2 of BnM's Peatland Rehabilitation Scheme, which will consist of the rehabilitation of up to circa 8,300 hectares (ha) and associated decommissioning works on BnM peatlands. Architectural and related services, engineering design, cost management for new airfield vehicle entry screening post, associated infrastructure and ancillary works at Shannon Airport.

Provision of Property and Valuation Services, including evaluation consultancy, economic impact assessment, economic research services, development services of real estate, sale of real estate, non-residential property renting or leasing services, and building rental or sale services.

Establishment of a Single Point Design Team to progress the approved scheme initially through detailed design and tender procurement with potential to include the services for the construction, handover and close-out phases. The project seeks to improve the quality, accessibility, functionality and appearance of the public realm while respecting and enhancing the area's historic character.
