Dynamic purchasing scheme for the procurement and operational leasing of light vehicles and minibuses. Light vehicles means vehicles under 3.5 tonnes, mainly passenger cars and goods vans, as well as mini buses with up to 17 seats. The contracting authority would like a scheme that shall cover the need for self-transport, as well as safeguard regional and local guidelines in order to reduce climate and environmental impact. The contracting authority would like the future fleet to be turned towards becoming significantly more climate-friendly and environmentally friendly and in the long term only consist of fossil free vehicles. Tenderers are required to have the delivery of vehicles and workshops in the contracting authority's local area. The vehicles that will be procured are primarily, but not limited to: Passenger vehicle, Multi-purpose vehicle (up to 9 seats), Goods vans (all types including pick-up, under 3.5 tons), Minibus (up to 17 seats).

Ullensvang municipality shall enter into a contract for the procurement of a new harbour boat, which shall be delivered to the current stand-by requirements and shall be operated by transport and emergency along the sea road. The boat is scheduled to enter the regional emergency structure in Hardanger, including the aim of being able to be used by other public actors. The vessel is intended as a multi-purpose resource that will cover several municipal contractors, such as ISPS control, harbour inspections, infrastructure, landslide and inspections.

As of 1 June 2026, the Agency for Waste Management and Recycling (REG) has 1,067 freestanding collection units for glass and metal packaging in various sizes, distributed across 955 collection sites in the City of Oslo. Østfold county has a continual need for the procurement of cleaning machines, vacuum cleaners, washing machines and accompanying equipment. A dynamic purchasing system shall therefore be established that covers the county's need for machines and equipment for cleaning buildings, fixtures etc.
