The procurement concerns a framework agreement with one tenderer for periodic security checks of all registration obliged lifting devices that are included in Bergen municipality c/o the Department for Buildings and Properties' property portfolio. The municipality currently has 174 lifts and 132 lifting platforms. The contract can only be carried out by a certified and independent safety control body (SKO). The facilities are placed in buildings divided between three portfolios with each service provider, respectively (1) schools and nurseries, (2) administration and cultural buildings and (3) health buildings. Lists of installations with the accompanying information are attached to the tender documentation. The number of sites can be changed during the contract period due to new buildings, replacements, modernisations, disposals, temporary closures and altered buildings. Other installations in accordance with the machine directive and lift directive may be included in the contract, including the lifting devices that the municipality does not currently have. The contracting authority shall also be able to order additional services beyond periodic inspections such as sample checks, inspections of accidents, control after near-accidents, inspections after modernisation, control by alterations, inspections of owner changes, technical assistance as well as professional assessments and reviews/cooperation on systems. Such services are carried out according to the hourly rate stated in Annex 4A - Price Form. Most of the properties consist of approx. 100 schools and 60 nurseries, in addition to nursing homes, administration buildings, cultural buildings, car parks, the Bergen harbour and sports facilities, with the accompanying outside areas. Some of the buildings are listed/listed with an antiquarian value.

Kvitsøy municipality shall establish a framework agreement for a broad spectrum of consultancy services. The aim is to have one contract responsible tenderer who can cover the municipality's ongoing and project based needs, build knowledge of the municipality over time and coordinate the necessary competence without the municipality itself having to administer several consultancy environments.

The procurement concerns the purchase of outdoor lighting equipment and accompanying services. The Contracting Authority needs a flexible procurement scheme for the purchase of different types of outdoor lighting systems for use in, among other things, parks, squares, urban areas, sports facilities, historical environments, cultural environments, recreation areas, facades and other public or private outdoor areas. The DPS includes, among other things, but not limited to: decorative lighting, park and landscape lighting, squares and urban lighting, sports floodlights, area lighting and space lighting, architectural lighting and facade lighting, historical and culturally adapted lighting, special lighting for special purposes, masts, foundations, suspension and fixing systems, control and control systems, sensors and accompanying components, spare parts and accessories. The DPS also includes the accompanying services, including, for example, but not limited to: light calculations, lighting planning and engineering design assistance, programming and configuration of control systems, commissioning and testing, documentation and O&M deliveries, training, service and maintenance services, technical advice and assistance.

The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) wishes to enter into a contract for a weapon engineering consultant. Classical consultancy services shall be procured where the hired consultant will have office space made available by the Contracting Authority. There will be limited travel activities.

Establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24 hour resting place for heavy transport along the E16 on the håbakken - Voss stretch. The contracting authority needs approx. 50 parking places for heavy transport on the stretch E16 Håbakken-Voss. The individual 24 hour resting places shall have a minimum of 10 and maximum 30 placement places, and shall include a service facility with toilets/showers. Charging stations are to be established in accordance with requirements in point 3.2 hours. The 24 hour resting place shall fulfil the requirements in chapter 3. The contract will be awarded to the tenders that together give the best relationship between price and quality and that best cover the contracting authority ́s need for placement places on the stretch. The 24 hour resting place shall be ready for opening at the latest 16 months after the contract has been signed and the contract will apply for 10 years from the opening hours. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1+1 year, so that the total possible lease period is 12 years.

Construction work for buildings relating to health, including detailed engineering design services and execution of the project. Phase 1 comprises development up to one fence basis with preliminary project, target price and progress plan. Phase 2 comprises detailed engineering design services and execution of the project.

Lindesnes municipality shall upgrade the treatment process at Grønvika treatment facility (RA). The treatment plant was commissioned in 2000 and the facility currently has BIO-P (active sludge installations) and chemical traps. The aim of the procurement is to enable the plant to meet the current phosphor requirements and make the plant more robust towards future requirements, the aim is that the plant is dimensioned to function up until the year 2050. The execution model for contract E1 - process and machine is interaction with a turnkey contract. This model starts with an interaction phase that ends with a complete and approved preliminary project. Thereafter follows the execution phase which will be carried out as a regular turnkey contract. The contracting authority has the right to cancel the contract before and in connection with the transition between the phases.

Procurement and communication of power to Ål Kraftverk KF's customers. The service involves purchasing and forwarding of power to final user customers. Products offered include Spot price, Flex power (fixed price for 1st, 2nd or 3 years), and Ål Power Station – Winter product. The municipality covers the discrepancy between procurement expenses and retail income. Specific pricing models apply for different customer groups.
